We select the situation where we are in a restaurant. We have just had a good dinner. The waiter is waiting for you to pay the bill. We look for our wallet and we find out that we left it at home.
We think that a good way to solve the situation was working because we not should escape from the problems.
To give a humorous touch we added pregnancy and exaggeration over time.

Today is the Day of the Race, Discovery of America and Battle of Sarandi.



The date marks the birth of a new identity and fusion product of the encounter of native peoples in the Americas and the Spanish.

In a major effort, Lavalleja could muster a quota similar to the Brazilian number, and faced the army in the tips of the Sarandi stream, land currently under the jurisdiction of the Department of Florida on October 12, 1825.

Everybody made a video as tribute to Uruguayan selection, and we don't wanna be less! ahaha.
We choose the song "The Climb" because it's a great song! It talks about fight and climb all the time, and this is what they did. :)

Who is Nelson Mandela?

For some time we have worked with human values, and one referee is Nelson Mandela.

Nelson Mandela served as President of South Africa from 1994 to 1999, and was the first South African president to be elected in a fully representative democratic election. Before his presidency, Mandela was an anti-apartheid activist. In 1962 he was arrested and convicted of sabotage and other charges, and sentenced to life in prison. Mandela served 27 years in prison, spending many of these years on Robben Island. Following his release from prison on 11 February 1990, Mandela led his party in the negotiations that led to multi-racial democracy in 1994. As president from 1994 to 1999, he frequently gave priority to reconciliation.

Mandela has received more than 250 awards over four decades, including the 1993 Nobel Peace Prize.

Fiama: And you Jessica? Why are you interested in this job?
Sofia: I’m so interested in this job because I studied turism and always I’ve wanted to this type of job. I think I’m so qualified to be a flight attendet because I can speak tour languages: Spanish, French,Portuguese and Mandarin. Not only that, I’m also very well with people. I’m Charismatic, nice,beautiful…
Fiama: Ok.Ok.Ok., and you?
Jessica:Ok,I want to be honest, yesterday I saw the advertisment on the windows. I can speak Spanish and English , of course!
I’ve never imagined working here, really.I don’t know what to do a flight attendent, but I love to fly, travelling and visit others countries.

Oral evaluation

I want to be an interior designer because I always liked the design and creation. I always knew I wanted to do something referred to architecture, and when I report on this career I decided that was what I wanted to study

A Interior Designer designs and constructs spaces and equipment, and adapting existing ones to new functional and aesthetic needs, set the spaces to their use, and adding objects that make up our everyday environment. So ensuring a better identity to those who inhabit this space.

This career can be taken at several universities, for example, college ORT, lasts 4 years 3 months for submission of the portfolio, also in the Corporate University, with a duration of four semesters. Also in Bios High School, the course takes place in a year geared specifically to the practice of both home and commercial interiors.

In the first year of the course, there are different subjects as art, architecture and furniture ,different types of fittings, various workshops, drawing, and the career concludes with the final presentation of a portfolio.

Happy Mother's Day

Happy Mother's day to all the world!

Today is the day of San Isidro Labrador.

This saint is the patron and protector of the Las Piedras city.

Over the course of the day will have various celebrations such as biking, tours, processions, musical performances, dances, masses.

Test for "Acreditaciones"

Yesterday in the high school Manuel Rose, students from sixth and third years had an english test to see if there were selected (depending this approve or not approve the test) for acreditaciones.

This is a new project which consists to preparing the students selected to take a test at the level of FCE for students form sixth and level of PET for students from third.

The test lasted an hour and consisted in four exercises. One listening, two readings comprehension and one use of english.


For the test were enrolled around 100 students in total so who filled three rooms.

The results will give over the course of the week.

Sofia and I (Tatiana) was the only ones that participate in the class and both thought that the test would be more difficult than it was in reality.

Now await the results!!!

I am Karen Fernandez.
At this moment I am studying Architecture, but I am not sure whether to continue studying Architecture or Interior Design. This year I hope to decide.
Being an Architect is like from day to day trying to fix the space and create the comfort that makes you live in harmony with the world around you.
I decided to study Architecture, because since childhood I have loved draming.
Next year I will go to the Faculty of Architecture because I really like this carrer.
I think that English is very useful for any study, it's very useful for Architecture, since many books are in English only, and are badly needed. There are also programs that can be found in this language.
The english allows us to communicate in this world, because many everyday things are in English.
In this carrer Architecture we will visit many countries to apreciate the different architectural works it is important to know English.
To communicate with ease in these countries, because English is a very important language, and spoken in many countries.
